Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-07-01
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sitova (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Trials, when offered, convert to the applicable plan or revert to the free tier at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrades take effect for the next cycle; content over the new plan's limits is unpublished (not deleted) and restored on upgrade.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant Sitova a limited license to host, process, cache and serve your content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may review, flag, suspend, or remove sites that violate it or applicable law, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the AUP, or to comply with law. You may cancel at any time. On termination we delete your data after a grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
