Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Sitova. It supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), sexually exploitative of minors, that incites violence or hatred, or that violates others' privacy or intellectual-property rights.
3. Prohibited conduct
No spamming, deceptive or fraudulent activity, attempts to breach security or access data without authorization, abuse of platform resources, or circumvention of plan limits or safety systems.
4. Enforcement
We use automated signals and human review. Violations may result in a graduated response (flagging, suspension, banning, or takedown) and, where required, reporting to authorities. Anyone can report a site via the "Report" link in its footer.
