1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Sitova processes, why, and your rights. Sitova is the controller for account data and a processor for the visitor data your published sites collect.
2. Data we process
Account data: your name, email, authentication data, and billing metadata. Product data: the sites, pages, media and form submissions ("leads") you create. Operational data: logs and aggregated, cookieless analytics used to run and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional and product emails, provide support, detect abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sub-processors
We use vetted infrastructure and service providers (hosting, database, object storage, email, payments) bound by data-protection terms. A Data Processing Addendum is available.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. On deletion, data enters a grace window and is then permanently purged (database records and stored media), and your subdomain is released. You can export or erase your data from your account at any time.
6. Your rights
Subject to law, you may access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Use the export and erasure tools in your account, or contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. International transfers & security
We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and industry-standard measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
